Art for Awareness runs a free, monthly online drawing and painting competition open to everyone in India — from LKG and Class 1 through Class 12, college, teachers, corporates, professional artists, and senior citizens. Every entrant gets a digital certificate, and winners in each of 27 categories win cash prizes. This cycle closes 2 October 2026.
Submit Your ArtworkThere are several good drawing competitions running in India. Art for Awareness is one of the few that is completely free, runs every month (not just once a year), and separates every school grade into its own judging category — so a Class 2 child is never judged against a Class 10 student. If you want a recurring, no-cost option with a guaranteed certificate and a fresh theme every month, see the dedicated drawing competition for kids (Class 1–12) page, or the online painting competition for college students & adults.
The competition has 27 separate judging categories across nine groups, so every entrant is compared only with peers of their own age or profession.
