1. Who can take part
Open to everyone, free of charge. Five categories: Kindergarten (LKG / UKG), School (Grade 1 to Grade 12), College (UG / PG), Adults (under 59 years), and Senior Citizens (60 + years). For participants under 18, a parent or guardian's consent is required at the time of registration.
2. Use the official art sheet only
Download the official art sheet from artforawareness.art and draw on it. Submissions on any other paper, notebook, or canvas are not accepted.
3. Original work only — no AI
The artwork must be drawn by you, by hand. Any work generated, traced, or substantially altered by AI tools is disqualified. No tracing, copying, or reproducing someone else's artwork.
4. One entry per participant
Submit your strongest piece. Duplicate entries by the same person — even under different names — are disqualified.
5. Submission & deadlines
Submissions for the current contest close at the published deadline. Entries received after the deadline are not accepted. The jury's decisions are final and binding.
6. Copyright & usage
By submitting, you confirm the work is your own and you transfer the copyright in the submitted artwork to Art for Awareness. We may display, share, reproduce, and use the artwork on our website, social channels, contest materials, and promotional collateral, with credit to you. You confirm the work is original and not infringing anyone else's rights.
7. Content policy
No offensive, hateful, explicit, or inappropriate content. Entries that breach this are disqualified without notice.
8. Prizes & certificates
Top 3 (1st, 2nd, 3rd) in each judging category receive contest prizes. Judging categories: 1 for Kindergarten, 12 for individual grades from Grade 1 to Grade 12, 1 for College (UG / PG), 1 for Adults (under 59), and 1 for Senior Citizens (60 +). Each school grade is judged separately so a Grade 3 student does not compete against a Grade 12 student. Contest prize details are announced with the winner list on 5 June 2026. Every participant who submits a valid entry receives a personalised digital Certificate of Participation.
9. Data we collect
We collect only the information needed to register you, deliver your certificate, and contact you about the contest. We do not sell your data.
