How many students can a school submit?

No upper limit. We have schools submitting 5 students and others submitting 500. Each entry is judged individually within its grade category.

How does curriculum alignment work?

Our monthly cause-based themes (environment, mental health, human rights) map directly to school curriculum objectives in social science, environmental studies, and value education.

How long does bulk submission take?

After we set up your school portal link, a teacher or coordinator can submit one student in 90 seconds. A full class of 30 takes under an hour.

How the school portal works

Email us from your school email with subject "School Portal" and 3 details — school name, city, approximate student count
We set up a dedicated coordinator link unique to your school within 24 hours
Teacher submits student artwork in batches — each entry takes 60–90 seconds
Confirmation per entry is emailed to the school coordinator and the student's parent
Results day — every student receives a digital Certificate of Participation. Winners get a Winner Certificate plus their school gets a school-level recognition certificate

Q: Is the school portal really free?
Yes. No fees of any kind. We're funded entirely by corporate sponsors.

Q: How many students can we submit?
No upper limit. Anywhere from 5 to 500+ students per competition is welcome.

Q: Can multiple teachers from one school have separate portal access?
Yes — request it in the setup email. We'll create separate sub-links so each teacher can track their class.

Q: Do we need printer access?
No. Certificates are delivered as digital PDFs/PNGs by email. Schools can choose to print them as keepsakes.

Q: Can we display the certificates on our school website?
Yes, and we encourage it. We also recommend you link back to Art for Awareness so future students can find us — that helps everyone.
